The Basics

Questions, bug reports, and feature requests all go to the same place, and a person answers them.

We aim to reply within one to two business days. If you’ve found a bug, it helps enormously if you tell us what you were doing right before it happened, what you expected, and what happened instead.

The app launches October 1 on the App Store and Google Play. If you’re on the waitlist, your download link arrives that morning. If you’re not, you’ll be able to find it on our site.

Common Questions

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancellation happens in your device settings.

On iPhone:

Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Price For Profit → Cancel.

On Android:

Play Store → your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Price For Profit → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, since they process the payment. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play’s refund process. If something’s gone wrong on our end, tell us anyway at Support@LumaKaTechnologies.com — we’d like to know.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Write to Support@LumaKaTechnologies.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm and remove your account and the product and materials data attached to it within ten [10] business days.

I lost my data / I’m switching phones.

Your data is tied to your account, so signing in on a new device brings it with you. If something’s missing, contact us before you re-enter everything and we’ll take a look first.

Is there a limit on products, materials, or marketplaces?

Our free plan/tier is limited to one marketplace of your choosing with up to 10 products and unlimited materials. Our paid tier has no limits on marketplaces, products or materials.

What does it cost?

Free for one marketplace and up to 10 products, with an unlimited materials library and no credit card required. Pro is $49.99 a year (billed annually) or $7.99 a month (billed monthly) for unlimited everything. Subscribe by October 30 and your first year is $34.99.

Does the app work offline?

To preserve your device memory and allow the app to handle unlimited marketplaces, products and materials, an internet connection is required. Your marketplaces, products and materials libraries are not stored on your device.

Do you have a version for computers?

Not today. Price For Profit™ is an iPhone and Android app. If a desktop version would matter to you, tell us — that kind of message genuinely affects what we build next.
